  The staff is friendly however I had an issue with my bed in which they sent a technician out in a timely manner but the technician is a thief!!! I called the store to speak with a manager and he or she couldn’t even come to the phone! He continued to relay messages through a sales associate. I specifically asked to speak with a manager and he or she refused to come to the phone. The technician stole something as simple as two pairs of designer eyeglasses. I will NEVER shop with Ashley HomeStore again!!!!

  I was way beyond satisfied with my purchase at Ashley's! My sales consultant Nick V. was awesome! He helped us find everything we needed and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and concerns and I came out VERY happy! I will definitely be going back to Nick for my future purchases at Ashley's. :)
