  The customer service is lousy. I still have not received my product which was promised a week ago. Furthermore I can't get a call back regarding the status of the order. I am building a house and have to stage the installation of the counter tops. I can't speak to the quality of the product because I don't have it. I spent a lot of money and feel like I deserve some follow up. I have heard nothing since I received the drawing, a week after I placed the order.
