The prices seemed reasonable, but boy, they latch on to you and work the hard sell. They offered what appeared to be a good deal (we had nothing to compare it to), but if you wanted it, you had to buy RIGHT NOW. Well, we weren't ready and had to pry ourselves away. I don't know if all the Mattress Firms are like this, but I don't feel any great incentive to go back to this one.
