  Went to Metro Mattress because of the good reviews and I was not disappointed. Cindy was very sincere and welcoming and before she tried to sell me a bed, she asked what I was looking for and what were my preferences. She encouraged me to lay on the beds to test out the different levels of firmness to determine what I liked best. I immediately was able to pick out the one for me - I appreciated that Cindy did not try to steer me toward a more expensive mattress just to make a more expensive sale. Also, delivery was on time, quick and smooth! Bottom line - my experience at Metro Mattress was positive from beginning to end. And the best part - I am comfortably typing this review as I lay on my new mattress!
